The safety of our teams and customers is our highest priority. Our focus is on safe shopping and we have a number of important new safety measures in place that follow the government’s COVID-19 Secure guidelines and that are designed to keep everyone safe.
Are Simply Bed stores open?
Yes, as from Monday 15th June our stores re-opened its doors to the public under the Government guidance. As we all adjust to a new way of living and working, we want you to know we're committed to doing all we can to keep both our staff and customers safe.
About our stores
We’ve enforced a 2 metre social distancing throughout our stores and limiting store numbers to give everyone plenty of space to browse.
We’ve introduced enhanced in-store cleaning routines and added hand sanitising stations at various points throughout our stores.
We’re also providing disposable bed/pillow sheets and offering fabric spray sanitisers to be used on mattresses to each customer.
Our sales consultants have also been provided with personal protective equipment.
We are also offering private appointments in store with a dedicated consultant, which means you can test your new beds and mattresses in a more relaxed personal environment. You can book your private VIP appointment on our website. If you aren’t able to get to us, remember our online store is open and taking orders 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with many items available with express delivery.
About our deliveries
We’re working hard to ensure deliveries can continue safely for you, our valued customers, and for our warehouse staff and delivery partners. To do this, we've enforced measures to keep our warehouse staff safe, including heightened hygiene processes and social distancing of at least 2 metres.
Our delivery technicians have also been provided with personal protective equipment.
We have a no-contact delivery process in place, we can leave your goods at your doorstep or outbuilding/garage with your agreement.
We're doing everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but due to these increased safety measures, delivery may take longer than usual. If you have an order query, please contact the store where you purchased the goods or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll do our best to help you as quickly as we can.
About your order
So that we can play our part in helping to overcome this virus there may be some delay to outstanding customer deliveries.
If you are currently expecting delivery, everything is still fine with your order and you do not need to do anything. All outstanding customer orders will be fulfilled as soon as the Government advises it is safe for our factories to return to work. As soon as we can deliver your order, we will contact you to arrange a convenient date. Rest assured we will be working hard to ensure you receive your delivery at the very earliest time possible.
New order update
Whilst our showrooms are open as of the 15th June, in-line with governments guidelines, customers can continue to order Online which will remain open 7 days per week. We have a selection of express delivery and clearance products available for delivery within 5 - 10 days, along with our remaining products which at this time we cannot give an accurate lead time.
