Under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 SI 2013/3134 you have the legal right to cancel your online order up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive your goods (with the exception of any made to order items). You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty.
Should you wish to cancel your online order after you have received your goods, you must ensure that reasonable care is taken of the goods and that they are returned to Simply Beds® Standard Way Business Park, Northallerton, North Yorkshire DL6 2XE unopened and unused in an 'as new' condition complete in its sealed original packaging and with all instructions included.
If the goods have left our premises or left the premises of the manufacturer, the customer is responsible for all transport costs and risk. It is the responsibility of the customer to return the goods using their own transport to Simply Beds®. If Simply Beds® transport are used to return your goods, a charge will be incurred, this will be charged at Simply Beds® standard rate. You cannot cancel your contract if the goods you have ordered are bespoke (i.e. made to order), this includes special sizes, chosen fabric colours, drawer options, headboards styles etc. However please call us on 01748 830888 to see if there's anything we can do for you.

Orders paid with Interest Free Credit can only be cancelled within 14 days of placing the order. Please note: bespoke orders manufactured to customer's specifications (including non-standard sizes) are non-returnable / refundable.
We always recommend that you inspect your order as soon as it arrives in your home. If you notice anything wrong that let our delivery team know right away.
